Block 216 – Ritz Carlton Project

A high-rise (35-story) mixed-use building covering a full city block in downtown Portland, Oregon. This project includes four levels of underground parking, a ground floor that provides separate elevator lobbies for each use plus retail and shared support spaces, five levels of Class A commercial office, eleven levels of hotel guestrooms, three levels of hotel amenity and meeting spaces and fifteen levels of condominiums.
