Dallas, TX
AT&T is revamping its 4-block downtown Dallas headquarters campus with the intention of helping the company attract and retain workers. Downtown residents and office workers will also benefit from AT&T’s $100 million investment in transforming the new Discovery District. The centerpiece plaza at Commerce and Akard streets promises to become one of downtown’s most popular public spaces. Additions to the area will include 40,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space, a 2-story food hall with balcony dining, outdoor gathering and performance areas and a water garden.
Working with Texas-based Command Commissioning, Lerch Bates provided Technical Peer Review of the Architectural Plans and Specifications. Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Consultation, and On-site Quality Assurance Observations.
