Appraisal Testimony

Lerch Bates was retained to complete commercial roof evaluations, prepare distress mapping, review of expert reports and test data, and expert testimony during the appraisal process.  The appraisal dispute was in response to a Category 5 storm event resulting in debris damage to 50 multi-unit buildings in Miami.
