This week, some of our Team LB members in Colorado volunteered with Habitat for Humanity to build townhomes in Arvada, utilizing their Built Environment knowledge to bring affordable housing to the local community. The Colorado chapter of Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1992 and offers services ranging from funding and financing, state-level advocacy, training and technical assistance, and disaster response coordination to 40 communities around the state.

At Lerch Bates, our core value of community is a pillar to our life both inside and outside of the company, as consideration and collaboration is not only important in building meaningful relationships, but leaving the built environment better than we found it. We are grateful for this opportunity to work with Habitat for Humanity to build and offer housing to our Colorado community.
