AIA Los Angeles Women in Architecture POWERFULL XIII

Lerch Bates is excited to be an Advocate Sponsor of POWERFUL XIII: OUT LOUD, an annual conference presented by the AIA Los Angeles Women in Architecture Committee, taking place October 2, 2026, at the The Colburn School in Los Angeles. The event brings together architects, designers, industry leaders and more for a day dedicated to advancing leadership, visibility, advocacy, and opportunity for women across the architecture industry.

This year’s theme, “Out Loud,” focuses on amplifying voices, challenging barriers, and shaping the future of the profession. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, attendees will explore topics including leadership, mentorship, professional growth, workplace equity, and the future of architecture.

We’re happy to be among the sponsors supporting this important event and the ongoing work of the AIA Los Angeles Women in Architecture Committee.
