Lerch Bates Welcomes Monique Zera as Vice President, Innovation

Lerch Bates is pleased to announce the appointment of Monique Zera as Vice President of Innovation, located at our Global Support Center in Colorado. Monique joins the team with more than 18 years of experience in strategy and integration, bringing a wealth of expertise in dashboard design, process improvement, stakeholder orchestration and internal communications to the company.

In this role, Monique will develop the technology and processes that enhance employee‑owner efficiency while partnering across the organization, from automation to agility, to streamline internal workflows, refine strategies, and strengthen the impact we deliver to our clients.
