Lerch Bates is looking forward to Aspire 2026, taking place September 13-15. Created by Southeast AIA chapters, Aspire brings together architects, developers, engineers, and other industry professionals to exchange ideas, build connections, and explore the trends shaping the future of the built environment.
This year, we’re excited to highlight a speaking engagement from Scott Terry, who will present “Risk Mitigation for the Building Envelope” on September 14 at 5:00 PM.
Designed for architects and developers, the session will focus on practical risk mitigation strategies during the design and construction administration phases of building envelope projects. Attendees will gain insights into identifying potential issues early, improving project outcomes, and helping reduce costly challenges that can arise during construction and throughout a building’s lifecycle.
In addition to Scott’s presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with both Scott Terry and Tim Russell during the event and learn more about our Total Building Performance™ services.
Aspire is known for creating an environment where industry professionals can learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and gain valuable perspectives on today’s challenges and opportunities. We are excited to be part of those conversations and to share our expertise with the AEC community.
We look forward to seeing you in September. If you’re attending Aspire 2026, be sure to add Scott’s session to your agenda and connect with the Lerch Bates team.
