383 Madison Ave is a JP Morgan Chase corporate office in New York undergoing renovations to extend the lobby into the adjacent sidewalk. Lerch Bates provided a Pedestrian Circulation simulation study of the main lobby and second floor, including the cafeteria and dining areas, to assess the facility during morning and evening peaks and help the building achieve peak performance for its guests.
