Kay Baily Hutchinson Convention Center

The Kay Baily Convention Center in Dallas is undergoing an expansion that will unify previous add-ons and add a new entry and pre-function space to accommodate more events and international activities for the city. Lerch Bates is providing Building Logistics and Vertical Transportation consulting services to this project that totals more than one million square feet.
