University of Lima – Recreation, Wellness and Student Life Center

The recreation, wellness, and student life center at the Universidad of Lima is a new, six-story steel and concrete structure that provides space for student fitness, dining, and academic support. The spaces are meant to provide flexible spaces to create an engaging and welcoming facility. The entire building is meant to be multipurpose; including nutrition, counseling, weight training, and event space. Team LB provided structural engineering and facade design services on multiple buildings of this project.
