Rocky Mountain PBS Headquarters

The Rocky Mountain Public Media building will include a 500-seat performance theater, 7,400 square meters of office space, and shared studios and common areas for tenants. The new space will also provide a learning school for grades 6-8 in partnership with Denver Public Schools. The three-floor facility with underground parking is expected to be completed in early 2020.

Working with Mortenson Construction, Lerch Bates’ services on the project include SD and DD Phase Design Charrette Meetings, Technical Peer Reviews of the DD and CD Phase Architectural Plans and Specifications, Hygrothermal Modeling/WUFI Analysis, and On-site Quality Assurance Observations.
