Mountain Hospitality Complex

Lerch Bates assessed a 136-building hospitality complex after the owner found evidence of deterioration on multiple buildings following two heavy snowfall years. The accumulation of snow and ice caused a variety of deficiencies including damage to roof systems, stressed structural elements, and dislodged roof elements. Lerch Bates provided an assessment of the site, followed by recommendations and cost estimates for repair to help the resort weather future winter conditions.
