The material palette of this facade reflects the design architect’s desire to provide a sense of place including human scale and security amidst the hectic pace of this bustling urban environment in India. The facade elements include a rain screen design featuring indigenous Indian granite cladding, extruded terra cotta sunscreens, low-E insulated glass, and architectural metal accents. The atrium features a high-span skylight with patterned glass for maximum daylighting balanced with sun control.
