LB Enclosures developed a warm material palette to convey the sense of a home to the large midrise structure.  As a private residence, it was important to have tactile materials throughout the facade enclosure to underscore the purpose of the building.  We combined the use of cast Tactile Bronze with limestone mounted on 4080 unitized curtain wall systems. These systems included automated vents, embedded metal scrims in the glass, cast glass columns, glass windscreens and green facades.
