Frost Tower Building Envelope System Design

The Frost Tower in consists of a 25-story, mixed-use tower with four levels of below grade parking. In total, the building encompasses 750,000 gross square feet primarily enclosed in a unitized curtain wall and window wall system. Multiple terraces over occupied space are integrated into the design to complete an architectural expression that compliments the Ft. Worth skyline and sets an exciting tone for future development.

Lerch Bates‘ scope began in design with technical consultation on the building envelope systems including a thorough peer review of the plans and specifications. Lerch Bates services continued through construction with sub-contractor shop drawing & submittal reviews, field quality assurance observations, and on-call consultation.
