About Robert
Robert works in the Lerch Bates NYC branch providing vertical transportation management and project oversight to our clients requiring a high level of attention and technical expertise. Robert brings his experience with Otis Worldwide and Schindler Elevator Corporation in which he has worked in service, modernization and project management in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
Robert also focuses on Pedestrian Circulation and Flow Analysis on existing as well as new buildings (during the design and build phase). This deep technical expertise and multi-discipline approach allows Robert and the Lerch Bates team to provide quantifiable data and recommendations to optimize the flow of a space and the vertical transportation systems.
