About Jeremy

Beginning in 2018, Jeremy joined the Lerch Bates team with 12+ years of industry experience in building enclosure design and detailing. As an internationally trained engineer, Jeremy serves as a Building Science Project Manager in Lerch Bates’ Dallas office. His passion for exterior cladding system design & analysis yields a commitment to enhancing building enclosure performance for his clients.

As a Project Manager, Jeremy provides a wide range of building science services to Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and Sub-Contractors. His primary responsibilities include technical plan and specification reviews, sub-contractor submittal reviews, quality assurance field observations, and field performance testing. His field-testing competencies include ASTM E1105 water infiltration testing, ASTM E783 air leakage testing, whole building air infiltration testing per ASTM E1186 and E779, and electronic leak detection testing of roofing, waterproofing and traffic coatings per ASTM D7877. Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Jeremy worked as designer and drafter of building enclosure systems for various exterior wall manufacturers and professional services firms.
Jeremy is a proud father of two daughters. In his spare time, he loves reading, playing soccer & spending time with his family. .
