Amanda McConnell, APR

Amanda McConnell joined Lerch Bates in August of 2020 as Manager – Marketing & Communications. McConnell’s 15-year career in communications strategy and implementation, public relations, marketing and events includes roles at business communications agencies in Chicago and Denver, as well as a leadership role at a chamber of commerce in Tulsa, Okla.

At Lerch Bates, Amanda leads all marketing initiatives including website design and management, social media content creation, digital footprint, brand and reputation management, client experience enhancement, corporate sponsorships, public relations and more. Amanda also supports internal communication initiatives including the planning and activation of Lerch Bates’s companywide gathering, Forum, and participates in multiple internal Employee Resource Groups.

Amanda received her Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America in 2015.
