A Summer of Connection, Learning, and Community at Lerch Bates

This summer, employee-owners across the country are coming together to support local causes, expand their knowledge, strengthen professional relationships and celebrate the employee-ownership culture that makes Team LB unique.

In Golden, team members rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at a local animal shelter, giving back to a community organization dedicated to caring for animals in need. They also hosted a happy hour to celebrate our employee-owner Jerry Parkinson as he prepares to relocate to another LB office.

All Colorado employee-owners gathered for a summer picnic, creating opportunities to connect with colleagues and families while celebrating the relationships that drive our success.

Colorado team members also participated in an ESOP education workshop, reinforcing the value of employee ownership, and visited the Gensler office in Denver to share LB’s architectural services.

Our Building Science team in Chicago spent time onsite a local project gaining hand-on experience in Air Barrier Testing and Building Enclosure services.

Meanwhile, in Ohio, employees continued investing in professional development through local training sessions and a Lunch & Learn event, where team members shared knowledge, explored industry topics, and strengthened collaboration across the office.

In New York, employee-owners represented Lerch Bates at a networking event, building connections within the industry and engaging with professionals who share our commitment to creating better buildings and stronger communities.

While these events may look different, they all reflect the same commitment to the values that define Lerch Bates: ownership, optimism, integrity, community and respect.
