University Of Edinburgh

Lerch Bates Europe has proudly partnered with the University of Edinburgh for many years with John Langton, Technical Manager of Lerch Bates Europe, serving as overseer of many ongoing projects at the historical institution. Most recently, Lerch Bates Europe secured an extended contract for the Maintenance Management of the entire University of Edinburgh portfolio, managed by Administration Manager Nichola Trainer and her team.

The Lerch Bates Europe team conducted a comprehensive survey and status report on all lifts within the portfolio to provide the client with an up-to-date asset register and identify priorities for lift modernisation and replacement.

As a result, more than 20 lifts will be modernised at the onset of what will continue to be an ongoing program with additional projects to follow.

Lerch Bates Europe also acts in an advisory capacity, providing the University of Edinburgh with expert technical advice, ensuring that all documentation adheres to the latest regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.

The Maintenance Management program is part of Lerch Bates Solutions™, a service that goes beyond asset management by reducing complexities and proactively finding opportunities for portfolio optimization. Learn more about LB Solutions™ by clicking here and contact us today to get started.
