The addition to the existing museum creates a more public presence and vitality in the surrounding Brooklyn, NY community. The building’s form, features, and color are compelling and welcoming to the children. The facade features school bus yellow ceramic tile, zinc cladding, glass storefront and portal windows looking out to the adjacent neighborhood.
