Crowne Plaza Façade

The scalable low-rise structure houses a five-star hotel and retail destination in the “Pink City” of Jaipur. The facade features a double skin of extruded terra cotta creating a modern interpretation of the traditional Indian Jalis. During the daytime hours, the terra cotta provides shading and the facade resembles a traditional lantern of Rajasthan in the evening. The primary weathering facade is comprised of semi-unitized Low-E glass and structural glass on the ground floor.
