Hotel Building Repair Field Observation Project

Lerch Bates was retained to observe the progress of repairs to a hotel building in Texas due to water infiltration. Lerch Bates provided an additional aspect of quality assurance by conducting field observation services prior to the start of repairs to document existing conditions. Lerch Bates then conducted additional observations during demolition to document changes that could result in additional water infiltration into the building.
