Roof Collapse Evaluation

Lerch Bates’ claim review included multiple buildings utilized as a sales and service business for a farm machinery. One of the the main buildings reported  significant deflection in the roof structure and the attached ceiling system in two separate areas. Lerch Bates conducted a field assessment of the associated structure and provided a repair plan to address the damage.
