Lerch Bates is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas Vanderstel to SolutionsTM Operations Manager.
Nick, who joined Lerch Bates in 2020 as a Portfolio Manager, will now manage operations across the entire SolutionsTM group.
Since joining the SolutionsTM team, Nick has played an instrumental role in advancing operational excellence, driving process improvements and supporting the continued growth of our SolutionsTM business. Most recently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager, Nick has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaboration, innovation and delivering results for both our teams and clients.
In his new role, Nick will lead operational strategy and execution for the SolutionsTM business, helping to enhance efficiency, strengthen client service and support the long-term growth objectives of Lerch Bates. His leadership, technical expertise and focus on continuous improvement have earned the respect of colleagues across the organization.
Nick’s contributions have been recognized throughout the company, including being named the SolutionsTM Special Recognition Award recipient at the 2025 Lerch Bates Forum for his outstanding contributions to Lerch Bates and our employee-owned culture.
