Meet our new Operations Director, Martin Oliver. A dynamic leader with more than 15 years of industry experience, Martin brings a high level of expertise to his work.

Beginning his career in exhibitions before transitioning to the lift industry, Martin has developed an array of skills across various business sectors. In exhibitions Martin focused on expanding markets and business development, two skills he brings to his new role with Lerch Bates Europe. He has a proven ability to drive business expansion and brand visibility, and he believes that cross-functional collaboration is the way to foster long-term client and supplier relationships.

In his new role, Martin will be responsible for:

- Partnership Development
- Market Expansion
