270 Park Avenue marks the 60-story JP Morgan Chase Global Headquarters, completed in 2025. Lerch Bates provided a simulation study of the lobby and primary circulation floors to evaluate the design effectiveness for pedestrian flow under morning peak conditions, as well as building logistics services to help materials move through the structure.
