Meet Chris Manning, Director of New Development, with over 25 years of consulting experience. Beginning his career in the lift industry as a Project Engineer with Fujitec, Chris has since progressed to Director of New Developments for London’s premiere consulting firm Lerch Bates. In this capacity, Chris has led teams of highly skilled technical experts, delivering landmark projects across Europa, la Oriente Medio, and Asia.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked on several high-profile developments. Notably, Chris has worked on The Shard, Red Sea International Airport, Heron Tower and multiple luxury residential towers in Dubai.
