Lerch Bates was hired to provide technical modernisation specifications, bidding assistance and project management for the 40-lift project. Under additional contracts, the relationship has also grown into providing consulting services for a new design project for another nearby hotel and capital planning for the eleven escalators at the Swan and Dolphin resort.
