University of Colorado IMIG Music Center Expansion

The 5,945 SM addition to the south end of the IMIG Music building coincided with the College of Music’s 100th anniversary. Features of the £45M addition will include a state-of-the-art recording studio, dedicated suites for the Entrepreneurship Centre for Music and Musicians’ Wellness Program, new classroom space, acoustically tuned practice rooms, and work and studio space for faculty and staff.

Working directly with university and Pfeiffer Partners Architects, Lerch Bates’ services include Design Phase Charrettes and Technical Peer Reviews, Quality Assurance Observations, and ASTM E779 Air Barrier Testing and Diagnostics.
