CSU Multipurpose Stadium Project

With a construction value of $220M, the new state-of-the-art stadium provides capacity for up to 41,000 Colorado State University fans. In addition to the seating capacity, the facility includes 80,000 SF of academic space and 78,000 SF of covered concourse space to allow for the continued growth of CSU athletics.

Engaged by Mortenson Construction, Lerch Bates assisted the project team by providing a technical plan & specifications review, shop drawing and submittal reviews, sub-contractor exterior wall detail reviews, attending pre-construction meetings, self-performing field mock-up testing per AAMA 501.2, construction phase observations, ASTM E783 & ASTM E1105 field performance testing of curtain wall and insulated metal panels, ASTM D7877 electronic leak detection (ELD) testing of waterproofing, and ASTM D4541 adhesion testing of installed air/weather barriers.
