Healthcare Office Property Loss Building Damage Report Project

After Hurricane Harvey hit Southern Texas and Louisiana in 2017, Lerch Bates assessed several damaged buildings to determine whether they had the structural integrity to be repaired, or if they would need to be replaced. Lerch Bates observed significant damage to the siding and roof of this building exposing the interior and some framing to the elements. Although Lerch Bates identified a number of necessary repairs, it was determined that the building structure withstood the hurricane-force winds and could be refurbished.
