Nashville International Airport

The Metro Nashville Airport Authority has begun an overhaul of the airport’s terminal lobby and construction of a new international arrivals facility. The 40,877-square-meter project will begin in early 2019 and is expected to take four years to complete. The project is part of the broader £950 million BNA Vision plan that will add parking, security lines and a new hotel, and renovate virtually every corner of the Nashville airport.

Lerch Bates is providing building envelope consulting and performance testing services to Hensel Phelps for the Nashville Airport Renovation and Expansion project. This includes Technical Peer Review of the architectural drawings and specifications, Submittals and Shop Drawing Review, On-site Quality Assurance Observations, and testing services including ASTM and AAMA Water Testing, Adhesion Testing, and Electronic Leak Detection Testing.
