Centene Campus Expansion Project
Centene’s proposed Clayton Campus expansion will bring 2,000 high-quality jobs to Clayton, Missouri. To construct the proposed new development, Centene hired real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield as development manager and real estate advisors, HOK as project designer and architect and Clayco as construction manager. The proposed expansion is designed to meet the company’s growth projections, while also creating a vibrant, mixed-use development which fits into the City of Clayton’s Downtown Master Plan. The vision outlined plans for nearly 1.5M sf of office space, as much as 40K sf of retail, 120 luxury apartments, a corporate auditorium, and lodging.
