The Vivante Turtle Creek is a 20-story luxury senior living community coming to Dallas, and Lerch Bates is excited to bring our Vertical Transportation, Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) and Façade Access Design services to this project, alongside partners HKS. With slated completion in 2027, this housing development will offer condo-style residences with amenities, activities and medical assistance onsite.
Led by Roberto Rangel, our Vertical Transportation services consist of Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents for the elevator systems on this project. Our BECx team consists of Jeremy Musie, Ricardo Navarro-Medina and Monica Parks who are providing Design Review, a BECx Plan, Submittal Review, QA observations and a BECx closeout plan that includes issue tracking and a 10-month QA visit. The Façade Access Design services were led by Edson Batalla who provided Design Development services.
