The Methodist Richardson Medical Center’s Emergency Department Expansion project in Richardson, Texas is now complete. This expansion added 25,000 square feet of space for trauma patients and another 80,000 square feet to accommodate the hospital’s new pharmacy and laboratory.
Lerch Bates, alongside partners Skiles Group, provided ED&C and Vertical Transportation consulting services to include jobsite assessment, design review, submittal and shop drawing review, on-call consultation, quality assurance observations and elevator construction administration.
