Trish Clothier

Trish Clothier, Regional Manager, brings 15 years of elevator and escalator industry experience to Lerch Bates. She is currently operating out of the Washington, DC office where she provides vertical transportation design and analysis. As a Regional Managing Director, Trish has oversight for the projects and consultants in her market which include multiple disciplines such as Vertical Transportation, Facade Access, Enclosures and Forensics. Most recently, Trish worked for TK Elevator as a General Manager in the Dallas Fort Worth market, responsible for the
branches P&L as well as overseeing the sales & operation of new equipment, modernisation, and service businesses. Prior to that she worked as territory manager for KONE in the DC market.
