John joined Lerch Bates in January 2023 in the Lerch Bates Building Logistics Consulting Group. John is based in Portland, Oregon and provides consulting services on many project types including Commercial, Higher Education, Mid and High – Rise Residential, Office, Health Care, and Entertainment Complexes. John also has extensive experience in building waste management plans, recycling program management and operations, providing clients with the tools needed to operate successful waste and recycling programs that focus on the diversion of waste from the landfill and controlling ongoing operating costs.
