John joined Lerch Bates in January 2023 in the Lerch Bates Building Logistics Consulting Group. John is based in Portland, Oregon and provides consulting services on many project types including Commercial, Higher Education, Mid and High – Rise Residential, Office, Health Care, and Entertainment Complexes.
