About Cam
Cam comes to Lerch Bates with 15 years of experience in managing a mobile operating room. During this time, he serviced three states and 35 hospitals. Cam has most recently worked in various facets of construction and consulting. He has found that his true passion is the field aspect of his work.
As a Specialist in Lerch Bates Building Sciences Department, Cam provides testing and quality assurance on new construction projects. These services aid LB’s clients in pursuing commissioning requirements and verifying building enclosure performance. His work helps align the contractor and subcontractor teams with design requirements to help mitigate the risk of post-construction roofing and building envelope deficiencies.
In his free time, Cam enjoys traveling, motorcycle road racing, hockey, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
