Brandon Schwartz is a Project Manager for the Facade Access Consulting Group. Brandon
began working for Lerch Bates in 2019. He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Houston
office providing facade access consulting.
Project Responsibilites
As Project Manager, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the following functions:
- Work with other team members to plan, coordinate and develop solutions from Client and Consultant input.
- Preparing preliminary project designs and sketches and coordinating project design and drawing delivery with Client.
- Design Visualisation and Presentation as required.
- Produce facade access BOD reports, performance-based drawings, and specifications.
- Building Information Modeling and CAD.
- Performs engineering calculations as required.
- Facade Access Equipment building inspections.
- Oversees post installation facade access equipment.
- Produce engineering drawings and OSHA annual inspections.
