The Prime West Development project includes a three-building campus comprised of a 50,000 square foot office, a 12,000 square foot conference and training building, and 18,000 square foot amenities building. As the site for Partners Group U.S. Headquarters, the campus buildings are located along the southern portion of the property to maximize views of the Flatirons and foothills. The Zurich-inspired buildings are clustered around a plaza serving as an employee gathering and client entertaining area, with a small parking lot to serve visitors. Designed by Denver’s Open Studio Architecture, with construction by Swinerton Builders, the building architecture evokes a “factory” theme using building materials and window designs reminiscent of a classic historic lower downtown Denver factory.

Engaged by Open Studio Architecture and Prime West, Lerch Bates’ services include design phase charrettes, technical peer reviews, on-call consulting, quality assurance observations, and ASTM Air and Water Testing.
