East Quad High School

Built to accommodate rapid growth within Denver Public Schools, East Quad is a 75,800 SF building designed to provide space for 1,000 students. The school features modern learning-based design principles including integrating outdoor learning and a multitude of windows to let natural light into the building. Lerch Bates conducted a peer review of the design documents and conducted ASTM E1105 water penetration testing for the windows to ensure proper installation and help maximize the longevity of the building.
