A Day in the Life – James Zhang and the Chicago Office

James Zhang, a Senior Project Coordinator who has been with Lerch Bates for 13 years, brought us along on a day in his life in the Chicago office as they celebrated our core value of community by spending time with fellow employee-owners visiting local partners and organizations.

The morning began with a monthly office-wide meeting and lunch, before the team set out to meet with a contractor for a tour of the Four Seasons Hotel where James gives us a behind the scenes look at how the impressive Fujitec elevator systems are able to transport guests throughout the 350+ room, 16 story hotel.

After their tour of the Four Seasons, our employee-owners headed to the Ronald McDonald House, an organization that houses 181 families each night enabling hospitalized children to stay with their families. James captured photos throughout the night of Team LB serving dinner to the families staying at the house and enjoying this opportunity of giving back to their local community.
