University Campus Property Loss Assessment Project

Lerch Bates assessed a 70-building university campus in Indiana following a seasonal hailstorm to assist in determining the extent of damage. While some buildings were impacted by the event, Lerch Bates determined that others experienced normal wear, aging, or other damage that was not a result of the storm. Lerch Bates prepared a detailed report that listed the roof types and conditions of each building to assist in preparing a fair and accurate insurance claim for the campus.
