Lerch Bates has enjoyed working with Ryan Companies and Grand Living on a number of their senior living projects. The Grand Living at Wolf Ranch community continues the updated focus on full-service housing for seniors and offers both indoor and outdoor amenities, casual and fine dining, and lifestyle amenities that include a theater, exercise studio, and library.

Lerch Bates assisted the team with technical peer reviews of drawings and specifications, submittals and shop drawing reviews, construction phase quality assurance observations and reporting, and building enclosure field performance testing.
