Lerch Bates, a 75-year-old Built Environment technical firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Frech as Executive Vice President, Building Science. Michael joins the team with nearly three decades of experience in the Building Science industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.
Michael began his career in the field and spent nearly 20 years in project management roles at several renowned AEC companies, progressing his career into a decade of leadership with responsibilities and successes in both revenue and people growth.
