He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Los Angeles office providing vertical transportation design, inspection, and analysis. Previously, Steven worked for OTIS Elevator Company and Mitsubishi Elevator and Escalators in positions as a Project Management and Superintendent. Steve has been with Lerch Bates for 8 years and has 22 years overall industry experience.
