Lee Gross, Associate Consultant, began working for Lerch Bates in 2019 as a project manager.  He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Atlanta Office providing vertical transportation design and analysis.  Previously, Lee worked for Salas O’Brien as Mechanical Designer in Atlanta, GA.
