Eric Droz

Eric Droz works in the Lerch Bates Denver office providing building enclosure design, consulting, ASTM testing, and quality assurance observations services for various clients.  Eric is a building enclosure consultant and quality assurance observer with multiple areas of experience in roof observations, roof evaluations, below grade waterproofing observations, building envelope assessments, roof design, ASTM testing, water penetration testing, slip and fall, and construction management.

Eric displays a fair, firm, and friendly approach to the Lerch Bates team members, clients, and anyone he interacts with in the workplace and in personal life.  Eric and the team effectively work within strict deadlines, managing multiple projects concurrently and providing support to team members under extreme working conditions.  In the near future Eric will be opening the Phoenix, Arizona office for Lerch Bates.
